Privacy policy.

This policy explains how personal data is handled for Unified Ecommerce Summit Greece (15 December 2026, Athens Olympic Museum).

Who is responsible

The event is organised by Netsteps, which acts as data controller for the data described here. Full legal entity details will be added to this page. For any privacy question or request, contact info@netsteps.gr.

What we collect and why

Marketing

We send event news only if you tick the separate, optional marketing box. It is unchecked by default and does not affect your registration. You can withdraw at any time from your registration management link or by emailing us.

Sharing

We do not hand attendee details to sponsors by default. Only if you tick the separate, optional sponsor follow-up box on a registration form may Netsteps share your name, company and email with relevant event sponsors after the event; event-news consent never counts as permission. You can withdraw at any time via info@netsteps.gr. Data is used by Netsteps to run the event and is processed on our behalf by the service providers listed below.

Service providers (processors)

Cookies and similar storage

We use only necessary storage (for example, to remember your privacy choices and to secure the admin area). Analytics and advertising technologies are off by default and none are currently installed. If added later, they will only run after you opt in.

How long we keep data

Registration and enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after the event, unless a longer period is required by law (for example invoicing records), and then deleted or anonymised. Optional dietary/accessibility data is deleted after the event.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@netsteps.gr. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
